"State Farm talks a big game about being a good neighbour, but when it really matters, they fall short. They have no problem collecting premiums (was with them for almost a decade) but the moment you actually need them, they find a reason to drop you. Their handling of policies and claims leaves a lot to be desired, and their communication is frustrating at best. If you’re looking for reliable coverage and a company that values its customers, I’d recommend looking elsewhere."
